Health Shots Services

Vaccinations - check vaccine pricing for available immunizations. All services may be prepaid/purchased by credit card. Just bring your invoice/receipt to your scheduled clinic. Cash or check only on-site of service.

B12 Injections - monthly vitamin B12 program. Your birthday month is free.

On-site Flu Prevention Clinics - pneumonia vaccine, tetanus vaccine and
vitamin B12 injections are routinely available during your flu prevention
clinic. If other immunizations or services are desired, please advise
Health Shots in advance of your clinic date. Take advantage of updating your
recommended vaccinations during your flu/wellness clinic.

Blood Testing - click here for blood test available. Results will be sent
by mail to each participate. Ask for test literature or call 303.682.1977 for
interpretation assistance.

Travel Vaccinations - recommended vaccinations for your travel needs.

School Vaccinations - children/adolescent colorado state recommended.
Adult/college

Health Fair and Wellness Services - blood pressure checks, blood tests,
glucose finger stick test, vaccinations, educational material, and vitamin B12
injections.
No set up charges. No liability to your facility.

TB Testing - price includes on site TB testing with return visit to read results.

and personal information are treated in accordance with HIPPA regulations.
