Request a convenient time during working hours, before or after school or religious service, during special events, evenings or weekends. Pneumonia vaccine, tetanus vaccine, and B12 injections will be available during all scheduled flu prevention clinics. If other immunizations or services are desired, please advise Health Shots in advance of your clinic date. Take advantage of updating your recommended vaccines during your flu/wellness clinic.

Confirmation
After your clinic has been scheduled you will receive a confirmation email or fax.

Posters
Print your posters for your 2008 Flu Prevention Clinic to announce the place and time, then place in a high-traffic area for your employees or group to see, such as the entryway, elevators, lounge, or cafeteria. Call 303.682.1977 if you need your posters sent to you by mail.

Sign-Up Sheet
A sign up sheet is strongly recommended to maximize participation and scheduling efficiency.

Reminders
E-mail and newsletter notices are an effective, easy way to announce your clinic. Advise participates to wear loose clothing for easy access to the left or right shoulder for the vaccinations. Invite family and friends (if appropriate for your facility).

Please review our policies in advance.

Day of the Event
All you need to provide is a table, a few chairs, and a trash can. It is also nice to provide snacks/water for the employees/group if appropriate. HealthShots will bring the rest.
