Request a convenient time during working hours, before or after school, or during a special event. Weekends and evenings are available for a flu clinics upon request.
Confirmation - After your clinic has been scheduled, you will receive a confirmation email or fax. This notification will guide you to our posters, emails and informative vaccine information on our website. Place printed posters in a high-traffic area for your employees or group to see, such as the entryway, elevators, lounge, or cafeteria. Or select the email notification, enter date and time, and simply blast to your employees or tenants.

Corporate payment - invoice, cash, check or online credit card payment accepted. Individual payment - cash, check or online prepaid by credit card accepted and must show reciept at time of service.
Vaccines available during your flu clinic. Health Shots takes the opportunity to educate and offer additional vaccines during your clinic. The pneumonia, tetanus and Tdap vaccines, as well as, the vitamin B12 injections, will be available.
Sign-up sheet. A sign up sheet is strongly recommended to maximize participation and scheduling efficiency.
Liabilities. Health Shots requires a consent form for each person receiving an vaccine. This consent releases a company, a site sponsor, their directors, officers or employees of any legal responsibility relative to the services provided. Health Shots nurses are specifically train for administering immunizations and carry individual professional insurance. Health Shots also holds required liability protection which allows us to provide our service at your location.
Reminders. E-mail and newsletter notices are an effective, easy way to announce your clinic. Advise participates to wear loose clothing for easy access to the left or right shoulder for the vaccinations. Invite family and friends (if appropriate for your facility)
Day of the Event. All you need to provide is a table, a few chairs, and a trash can. It is also nice to provide snacks/water for the employees/group if appropriate. Health Shots will bring the rest.
